We want every bouquet and arrangement to arrive fresh, beautiful, and exactly as expected. If something isn’t right, we’ll work with you to make it right as quickly as possible.
Refund Policy
Fresh flowers are perishable, and we prepare each order with care. Refunds or replacements are available when:
- Flowers arrive damaged or wilted (contact us within 24 hours with a photo).
- The wrong item or size was delivered.
- Delivery did not occur due to our error.
Refunds are not available for:
- Change of mind after preparation.
- Incorrect delivery details provided by the customer.
- Natural variations in colour or flower type due to seasonal availability.
Subscription policy
Changing your order
You can view your full subscription details within your account, which can be found at Agapanthusflowerstudio.com If you would like to make a change to your order or subscription, including amending the delivery address or card message please contact us at Hello@agapanthusflowerstudio.com or give us a call on 074 00 421 042, with your order number to arrange. Please note changes can only be made prior to your order being prepared for delivery.
Suspending or cancelling your subscription
If you would like to suspend your subscription, change the delivery date or address for your next delivery please contact us via phone on 07400 421 042 or email hello@agapanthusflowerstudio.com & we will be happy to help. If you would like to cancel your subscription, you can do so at any time from your account which can be found at <INPUT CUSTOMER ACCOUNT LINK>.
To cancel your subscription or amend your personal details please login to your customer profile where you will be able to submit your request. You will receive a subsequent email to confirm your request has been fulfilled.
Subscription Prices
The price for each order within a subscription is the price at the time that a subscription is set up. We reserve the right, at our absolute discretion, to raise our prices at any time for reasons including, but not limited to, price increases from our suppliers and partners. If we raise our prices, we will give our subscribers not less than 30 days notice before their next delivery and provide the option to cancel your subscription free of charge. If we receive no contact from you 36 business hours prior to your requested delivery date, we will assume that the changes are accepted by you and your order will proceed as amended.
Payment Methods
We accept major credit and debit cards including Visa, Mastercard and American Express, along with other payment methods offered at checkout such as Apple Pay, Shop Pay or Google Pay for example.
All payments are processed securely through Shopify Payments, Shopify’s integrated payment provider. Your payment details are encrypted and handled securely and are never stored directly by us.
If you choose to save your payment details for future purchases, these are stored securely by Shopify’s payment provider in accordance with industry security standards.
‘agapanthus flower studio’ will never store or have access to your credit or debit card details.
Delivery
All prices for delivery include VAT at the current rate unless otherwise stated.
Delivery is calculated at checkout unless confirmed otherwise.
Delivery will be made to the address detailed by you at the time of placing your order, via the website, telephone or in person.
