Here you’ll find practical information about weddings, sympathy flowers, bespoke orders, workshops and how we work. If you still have a question, just send us a message – we’re always happy to help.
Weddings
Do you offer full wedding floristry or smaller, more intimate arrangements?
We like to stick to our minimum spend of £2000 but if you are local to us and would like a few flower arrangements for an elopement or intimate gathering we can customise that minimum spend.
How far in advance should we get in touch about wedding flowers?
A year to 8 months
Do you travel for weddings outside East Lothian and Edinburgh?
Yes we do. But travel costs will be worked into the quote. The time for us to travel there and back and petrol. We usually suggest that if it is very far we will stay over somewhere - that will save time and money coming back to pack up all the flowers.
Can you work with a specific colour palette or style?
Yes we can. If the style is way off what we do then we will suggest another florist who is passionate and experienced in that way of designing.
Do you use seasonal flowers, and how flexible is the final look?
We love to use seasonal flowers however some time the overall look and design will need specific flowers so we do use out of season flowers too. It depends on the style and design that the bride wants as well as the vibes of the wedding.
The final look will be very similar to what we discussed and your proposal. We do not promise specific flowers as they may not be available at the time. But we usually get it spot on ;)
Can you work with venues directly?
Yes we can.
Do you offer on-the-day set-up and installation?
The way it works is we will always set up on the day for maximum freshness.
What happens if we don’t know exactly what we want yet?
That’s okay. It’s my job to create and design ideas and looks that I think you will like. However, to lock in your date you do need to put down a 50% deposit.
How do we get started and what does the booking process look like?
Head over to our wedding enquiry form; once filled out I will be in contact and will set up a in person meeting or a video call.
Sympathy Flowers
Do you create sympathy flowers to order?
Yes we do. We work closely with the families to create something thoughtful and beautiful
How quickly can sympathy arrangements be made?
You can order a week before the date.
Can you advise if we’re unsure what to choose?
Of course, that is our expertise.
Do you deliver directly to funeral directors or venues?
We deliver wherever you need us to (in East Lothian). There will be a delivery cost
Can arrangements be personalised or kept very simple?
We will discuss what you are looking for and what you want. Specific flowers, colours.. but we only do certain types of arrangements and no alphabetical letters.
We do not use floral foam and rather use more natural and sustainable ways.

What information do you need from us to get started?
There is a form on our sympathy page that you can fill out and we will be in touch within 48 hours.
Which areas do you cover?
We cover East Lothian only.
Is it possible to discuss flowers over the phone rather than email?
Yes that is better for us or we can arrange a in person meeting.
Events & Special Moments
What types of private commissions do you offer?
We love elevating spaces and bringing the floral magic so if you are looking flower arrangements for an intimate event or just a birthday bouquet we can do it!
There is a minimum spend of £150.
Do you create one-off arrangements or ongoing pieces?
Both!
Can you design something for a specific space in my home?
Of course we can! Let us know what you are after and we will create it
How does the commission process work from start to finish?
Once you have filled out a form we will be in contact. We will then have call to discuss specifics and if you would like us to see the space we can arrange a meet up.
Do you visit the space or work from photos?
We visit the spaces as it allows us to really create something unique and bespoke but we also gather inspo from images.
What kind of budget should I expect for a commission?
Anything from £150 upwards (depends on the size of party or arrangement).
How far in advance do commissions need to be booked?
A minimum of 2 weeks in advance.
Are commissions seasonal or available all year round?
All year round.
Can you work with specific colours or themes?
Yes of course we can. But specific flowers I cannot promise.
How do I enquire about a commission?

Business Collaborations
Do you offer floral installations for commercial spaces?
We love an installation and transforming spaces! Head to our Business Collaborations page and fill out our enquiry form we can see if we can make it happen!
Can you design florals that suit a brand or interior style?
Of course we can! we love working with different brands and different interiors as it really lets us be creative and innovative.
Do you offer one-off installations or ongoing floral work?
If we install an installation it will need to be seen around 6 months. Either for touch ups or if you wanted to change anything. You can either do a once off payment or we can create a contract system where we come and touch it up or create something completely new.
How do you price commercial commissions?
This depends on what you want, the size of the install and the amount of materials we will need.
Can florals be refreshed seasonally?
Yes they can. If they are fresh flowers in a vase then we will need to refresh them every week. This would be a contract.
Do you work with opening launches or special events?
If your date aligns with our calendar then we would love to be a part of such exciting events.
What information do you need from a business to quote?
What you are looking for, type of florals (fresh, dried, install)how often, location - we'll ask you all this as part of the process.
Do you work outside East Lothian and Edinburgh?
We do. But there would have to a minimum spend. Depending what you are looking for the minimum spend will differ.
Can you collaborate with interior designers or stylists?
We have done so in the past and it is always so much fun! We love it!
How far in advance should commercial projects be booked?
6 months in advance.
Workshops
What kind of workshops do you run?
We run seasonal and occasional workshops. Following the seasons we will do spring workshops, summer workshops and autumnal workshops, working with seasonal flowers so you can get a feeling of the seasons and learn about the flowers that are locally grown here.
Are workshops suitable for beginners?
Our workshops are great for all levels of experience. You can be a lover of flowers, wanting to learn new techniques as a budding florist, or an experienced florist or gardener wanting to expand your knowledge.
How long do workshops usually last?
Our workshops last anywhere between an hour and 2 hours.
Are materials and flowers included?
When you book a workshop with us all flowers and materials are provided.
Where are workshops held?
Locations will be provided on each workshop. They are usually in East Lothian close to my studio but I can also travel to you.
Do you offer private or group bookings?
Private and group bookings are available. Please fill out an enquiry form and we will be in contact within 48 hours.
Can workshops be arranged for corporate or team events?
Yes! We can create workshops for hen dos, birthday parties and any other events that you would like. Christmas workshops for intimate groups and corporate teams for example.
How many people can attend a workshop?
My space holds 10 people but if you had a larger group I could source a different space to host it.
What should participants bring with them?
Good energy and happy vibes. Everything else will be provided to make your experience as relaxed and comfortable as possible.
